Sources and licenses

Version dated 05/10/2026

Massatir is an independent app: it is neither published nor endorsed by the Moroccan administration. The information comes from official sources cited on each page.

Sources of the procedures

Each page cites the official pages on which each piece of information is based (documents, fees, place, deadline, validity) and the date on which the page was read. Only official sites are cited; without an official source, the app displays “To be confirmed”.

The national portal maroc.ma is used as a directory: the online services it lists are linked to the pages, with a link to the service page of the managing body.

The Umrah guide reworks official pages (Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs, haj.gov.sa, Nusuk, Saudi Ministry of Health) cited at each step. It gives no religious opinion.

Idarati: list of administrative acts

Some fees and places come from the “List of administrative acts published on Idarati” (version of 28 October 2025), from the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, published on data.gov.ma under the ODbL 1.0 license (Open Database License). Source: data.gov.ma. The extracts used in Massatir are adaptations of this database: they remain subject to the ODbL license, which requires citing the source and keeping the same license for any reuse of the adapted database.

Useful addresses

The addresses (administrations, hospitals, Post offices, CNSS agencies, CNRA/RCAR customer areas) are extracted from datasets of the national open data portal data.gov.ma, published under the ODbL license (Open Database License): citation of the source and the same license for the extracted database. Each place indicates its source, the date of the dataset and its license. This data may be old: check before traveling.

The emergency numbers reproduce public pages of the Ministry of Health (sante.gov.ma) and of the ANRT (anrt.ma), for which no reuse license is indicated: only facts (numbers) are reproduced, with the source.
