Massatir is an independent app: it is neither published nor endorsed by the Moroccan administration. The information comes from official sources cited on each page.

Purpose

Massatir provides information on administrative procedures in Morocco (documents to provide, fees, places, deadlines), offers a few calculation tools and helps you keep track of your documents and their deadlines. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Information, not advice

The content is for information only. It is neither legal, tax or administrative advice, nor a decision of the administration, and does not replace the advice of a professional.

Massatir is not an official service. The information is reworded from official sources cited on each page, with the date they were read. When a piece of information has no official source, the app displays “To be confirmed”.

Accuracy and currency

Procedures, fees, documents and deadlines change. We strive to remain accurate but do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or currency of the information. Information may be incomplete or out of date, especially if the source is old.

Before any trip, payment or filing of a case, always check with the competent administration or on its official website. You can report an error to us from each page.

Calculation tools

The results of the tools (VAT, loan, converter, dates, etc.) are indicative. The exchange rates shown are rates published by their sources, not transaction rates: your bank or exchange office applies its own.

Your use

• The app is intended for personal use. You undertake to use it in accordance with the law.
• It is forbidden to extract or redistribute its content or data on a large scale (systematic copying, resale), to try to circumvent its protections or to use it to harm third parties or online services. Occasional and reasonable reuse (quoting, sharing a page) is of course allowed.
• You remain responsible for the information you enter and for the security of your device.

Community forum

• The forum is a space for mutual help between users. Messages are written by users, not by Massatir or the administration: they are not official information and may be inaccurate. Always check with the administration.
• Rules: respect; no insults, discrimination, threats or harassment; no personal data (yours or anyone else’s); no advertising or solicitation; no illegal content; no medical or legal advice presented as certain; no “official” information without an official source.
• Zero tolerance: shocking or abusive content is rejected or removed, and accounts that post it may be suspended (two removed items: 7 days; three: permanently) or deleted.
• Reporting and blocking: each message can be reported; content reported by several members is hidden pending review; you can block a member so as no longer to see their messages.
• License: you remain the owner of your messages. By posting them, you grant the publisher a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host them, display them to other users of the app and moderate them, for as long as they are published. You warrant that you have the right to post them.
• Right to moderate: the publisher may hide or delete any message, and suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these terms, without notice when necessary.
• Liability: each author is responsible for what they post. The publisher does not check messages before publication and acts as soon as a report reaches it. The availability of the forum is not guaranteed.
• Deletion: you can delete your account at any time (Settings > Forum). The forum is reserved for people aged 16 and over.

Intellectual property

The Massatir name, the logo, the design and the code of the app belong to its publisher, except for the third-party elements described in “Sources and licenses” (open data, fonts, free software), which remain subject to their licenses.

The trademarks and sites cited belong to their owners. No link with the Moroccan administration is suggested.

Third-party links and services

The app refers to official sites, maps, messaging apps and other third-party services. Massatir does not control their content, their availability or their privacy policy and is not responsible for them.

Availability

The app is provided as is. It may contain errors, be interrupted or modified, and its data may be updated. No continuous availability is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for the consequences of a decision taken on the basis of the app (expenses incurred, unnecessary trip, case refused or delayed, missed deadline, loss of entered data, exchange-rate difference, etc.).

Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor limits the rights that the law grants you.

Personal data

The processing of your information is described in the privacy policy.

Changes to the terms

These terms may change along with the app. The version date appears at the top of the screen; continuing to use the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the version in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent Moroccan courts, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
